Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use are not eligible for return.

Return Requirements
To complete your return, please provide:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method (e.g., bank account, Easypaisa, JazzCash).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at buyzaar7704@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was shipped to the buyer first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please email us with your order details at buyzaar7704@gmail.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
